Cancellation Policy

Accepted Payment Methods - Credit/Debit Card through the Wix booking system. - Bank Transfer. There are 3 Payment Options available - Full Payment: Pay the full amount at the time of booking. - Half and Half: Pay 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% halfway through the program. - Monthly Installments: The first installment is due at the time of booking, with monthly installments due based on the program duration. Late Payment Policy - Reminder emails are sent 48 hours before the due date. - A $10 late fee is added if payment is not made within 24 hours of the reminder. - If payment is not made within 2 business days, the program will be paused until payment is received. Cancellation and Refund Policy - You may cancel the program after 6 weeks if unsatisfied, provided you can show evidence of following the given advice. - Refunds are calculated based on the remaining paid months not completed. Please note: Consultations are not covered by Private Health Insurance or Medicare. Reschedule & Cancellation Policy - Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to change appointments. - Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of that appointment from your program. - Illness and emergencies are exempt. Cancellation of the Program and Refund - You may cancel the program after 6 weeks if unsatisfied, provided you can show evidence of following the given advice and not seeing desired results. - Refunds are calculated based on the remaining paid months not completed.
