Gentle, evidence-aware women’s health nutritionist in Melbourne

Hi, I’m Char

I'm a degree-qualified nutritionist (Bachelor of Health Science), women’s health practitioner, and founder of Holistic Wellness with Charlotte.

 

I help women feel like themselves again: steadier energy, calmer skin and digestion, more predictable cycles, and a clearer sense of what their body needs, today and long-term.

 

I blend science-backed nutrition with nervous-system awareness and intuitive care.

 

Together, we look beneath the surface: minerals, blood sugar, gut health, hormones, and the life patterns shaping how you feel. We’ll use HTMA (a small hair test) to see mineral patterns linked to energy, sleep, stress and hormones so your plan is based on your body, not guesswork.

Why this work matters to me

I’ve walked this path-IBS, hormonal shifts, post-natal depression, and burnout. It took patient listening, meaningful testing, and gentle, sustainable changes to feel whole again. That experience, alongside my Health Science training, shaped how I practise: clear, calm, evidence-aware guidance that respects your life and honours your body.

My approach: simple steps, lasting change

  • Listen: Your story, symptoms, routines, and priorities come first.

  • Learn: When helpful, we use HTMA and other insights to spot patterns behind your energy, sleep, skin, and cycle.

  • Align: We co-create a plan with “menus, not mandates”-meals your family will eat, habits you can keep, and realistic supplements if needed.

  • Sustain: Small steps, gentle accountability, and resources that help you build skills for life.

No bandaids, pressure, or perfection just steady progress that feels good in your body and your real life.

Who I support

I work with women who want to stop guessing and start understanding their body especially if you’re feeling low energy, PMS swings, adult acne, restless sleep (even with “normal” bloods), or information overload.

I also support women in key transitions: trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and peri/menopause with gentle, stage-appropriate care.
