Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment Options Payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed through Wix. Functional Testing & Results Review | $450 - Pay in full: $450 at checkout. - Pay in 2: $225 today, followed by one automatic payment of $225 after 14 days. Functional + Energetic Exploration | $670 - Pay in full: $670 at checkout. - Pay in 2: $335 today, followed by one automatic payment of $335 after 14 days. There are only two payments in total for both plans. No further payments will be taken. The 28-day plan duration refers to the payment plan period, not the expiry of your purchased services. Holistic Nutrition Consultations and additional ongoing sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Missed Payments If an automatic payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified to update your payment details. Further appointments may be paused until outstanding payments are resolved. Cancellations & Refunds You may request to discontinue your program at any time. Refunds are assessed according to services already provided, laboratory costs incurred and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Appointment Changes Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid fees. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur the full consultation fee. Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies. Medicare & Private Health Insurance Consultations are not eligible for Medicare or private health insurance rebates.
