Hey, I'm Charlotte

I’m a qualified holistic nutritionist with six years of hands-on experience helping women bridge the gap between where they are & where they want to be.

 

My passion is supporting women to feel balanced, vibrant & truly well in their bodies.

Through personalized nutrition, lifestyle tweaks & mindset shifts, I help clients make sustainable changes that actually feel good.

My own health journey started 13 years ago when I healed from chronic digestive issues, IBS &, more recently, pregnancy & postpartum hormone imbalances.

 

Whole-food nutrition, a deep understanding of my body & a strong health mindset were key to my recovery.

I specialize in women’s wellness—hormone balance, energy & vitality at every stage, from prenatal to postnatal, perimenopause & beyond. Gut health plays a huge role in all of this, and I love helping women understand how to work with their bodies, not against them.
